Celebration Service

autentic-jesus-webYou are warmly invited to join us at 10am for a time of worship, prayer and teaching.

Authentic Jesus Series

Woodwork, nets of fish, bread and wine and bloody crosses. With so many familiar words and stories, it can be hard to grasp just who Jesus of Nazareth really was; how he walked and talked with his friends, how he connected with strangers, how he suffered a brutal capital punishment willingly so that others could walk free.

So just what is it about this middle-eastern carpenter that forms the focus of the lives of the millions of people that call him ‘friend’?

Over the coming weeks, Lowestoft Community Church presents Authentic Jesus – a look at the REAL Jesus Christ. Through the Gospel of Mark – an account of His life – it will seek to answer questions of just who He was, what He did, and what relevance it has to us today.

Speaker: Ben Parish
Subject: Fires and Fever
Bible verses: Mark 1:29-34

Teaching Night – The Trinity: Three Gods Or One?

Mike Betts

Mike Betts will be speaking on the subject of The Trinity: Three Gods Or One?

During this evening we will be looking at what the Bible teaches us about the Trinity.  There will be particular reference to W.P. Young’s novel The Shack as it provokes some interesting questions about how we view God and the concept of the Trinity.

These teaching nights are a great opportunity for anyone who wants to get a deeper understanding of what the bible has to say on a variety of topics.

Here you can listen to the recording of this Teaching Night.
