The church is led by a team of elders which reflects the Biblical principle of plural leadership.
 Mike Betts (Senior Pastor)Mike is married to Sue and they have a grown-up son. Mike and Sue were born and brought up in Lowestoft and married in 1985. Mike leads the Eldership team and has an apostolic ministry working with churches in the UK and internatonally especially in Northern European.  Rob ClarkeRob is married to Jennifer, they have two grown-up sons and a young grandson. Rob and Jennifer live in the small market town of Beccles. Rob works part-time for the church and is primarily involved in the pastoral care aspects of churchlife. |
 Mike RamsayMike is married to Mary and they have 4 grown-up children with a grand total of 6 grandchildren. Mike and Mary have lived in Suffolk since 1975 after moving down from Lancashire. Mike is a retired teacher and now devotes his time to a wide variety of church activities including leading The Marriage Course. |
 Ben ParishBen is married to Mel and they have 2 young children. Both originate from the South of England and first came to Lowestoft in 1994 on a Frontier Year Project doing schools & youth work. Ben works part-time for the NHS as a Physiotherapist, and part-time for the church. |
 Vince PointonVince is married to Cherie and they have 4 children. Vince and Cherie have lived in the Lowestoft area all their lives and joined LCC in 2001. Vince works part-time for the NHS as a District Nurse and part-time for the church. |
