People Purpose Passion
These three words encapsulate who we are and what we’re about. We are the People of God seeking to see more People added into His family. We’re serving His purposes, with Purpose both here and further afield. We are Passionate for the glory of the Lord and, with others, are giving our lives to see His fame and glory increase all over the earth.

Core values

We are a charismatic, evangelical church that believes the Bible is the authoritative word of God, and as such seeks to follow the patterns laid down for church in the New Testament. Important amongst these values, we have been shaped by:

  • Word & Spirit - following God’s teaching and guidance through Biblical wisdom and spiritual gifts.
  • Worship & Prayer - acknowledging God and his place in our lives. We seek to exalt God by living our lives as an act of worship; through prayer we communicate with God.
  • Family & Friendship - following Christ’s example and God’s teachings throughout the Bible, we seek to be loving, caring, and show friendship and kindness to all peoples. The family is an important unit throughout the church, as we ourselves are one large family who in turn are just part of the family of churches across the world.
  • Grace & Giving - God is abundant with His grace upon us in our lives and we try to share this message by following His example that He set on earth, giving to those in need, sharing blessings and not judging or excluding anyone.
  • Training & Releasing - God instructed us to make disciples of all nations, and we are keen that this message is for everyone. The Bible is for all of us to read and understand and we believe in the importance of equipping people, and for them to follow God’s plans into other parts of the community or world.
  • Accountability & Team - It is important to be accountable to one another and to God, as we see in Biblical teachings relationships in New Testament churches and the teams that planted them. We are led by a team of elders, accountable to one another, a pattern encouraged in relationships and groups throughout the church.
