Children’s activities are provided during every Sunday morning meeting - this is Kidzone! KidZone runs biweekly, with Kidzone Sunday Special taking place on the alternate weeks.
On a Kidzone week four groups run during the service:
- Age 3-5
- School Years 1 - 2
- School Years 3 - 5
- School Years 6 - 8
It gives all the children a chance to join with others as part of a fun program involving games, stories, crafts and discussions tailored to their age group.
Parents/guardians will be informed during the main meeting when the activities are due to begin (usually around 10.40am), as children will need to be signed in. The parent/guardian will also need to collect the child at the end of the KidZone activities, which last for about one hour.
KidZone Sunday Special
Every other week Years 1-5 join together for KidZone Sunday Special, a fast-paced mix of all the usual KidZone components on a bigger scale. This gives the age groups opportunity to mix and extra time is allowed to explore Gods word in more depth and through more innovative activities.
KidZone Sunday Special will run parallel to the main service and starts at 10am. Children can be signed in from 9.50am onwards.
